Hi there. My name is Alexa. I may look like I have a lot of confidence in this photo, but it hasn't always been that way...
I used to be the person who cried seeing photos of herself, always felt ugly after being bullied in school, and could never get in front of the camera.
Now, after 2 years of self work and practice, most of my art involves self portraiture and I also model part time (and have a lot of fun doing it!).
Most importantly, I've learned to love and embrace who I am through photography, and wanted to create a resource for other photographers to cultivate self-confidence through their art as well.
I haven't seen any resources that emphasize building confidence through self portraiture, so decided to create something, and thus this membership was born!

Hi again! I already introduced myself, but also wanted to add that I've been a photographer for almost a decade now, and composite + self portrait artist for 3 years!
I have my BA in digital photography and being neurodivergent, I'm passionate about incorporating multiple learning styles and entertainment into my content to make it easier for everyone to stay engaged!
Besides photography, I'm also passionate about all things Poke'mon (if you couldn't tell) sunset chasing, stargazing, and crystals!

Let me answer the common questions real quick:
Do I need to have photoshop?
Yes you will need access to photoshop (Version 2017 or higher) and have knowledge of the basics like layers etc. (If you're just starting, I recommend taking my photoshop course first, then come back here!)
Why is the cost so low?
At the moment, I run everything myself on an amazing platform that doesn't require monthly fees for me to host my content and courses, so I don't have many overhead fees. Also, I'm most likely severely undervaluing myself in my attempt to make this accessible, so take advantage of it lol!
Can I just pay for a month, binge watch everything, and then cancel? *evil laugh*
First of all - you sneaky son-of-a biscuit! =p
Second of all, yes you can attempt to binge watch everything, however my goal with this membership is to build long term relationships and a solid support group with my members.
I'll be focusing my energy on growing that space instead of trying to safeguard my content to avoid the inevitable.
